What is the process for acquiring ITfyUS services?
We can start with a discovery call and then we can discuss on the systems and your struggles, we would also have our person come onsite and then giving you the proposal and making sure it is around your expected budget.
What is the pricing for your services?
Our per system rates are there and we propose based on the complexities in the infrastructure. Remote support is there and onsite support will be limited per monthly cycle. We can propose the pricing after seeing the infrastructure.
Can you make a customized plan for us?
Absolutely! Every company is unique and so is their infrastructure. We would like to discuss how you want your support to look like and after that we can give the plan which matches the expectations.
Do you provide services on hourly basis?
Break fix is something we avoid doing. The reason is we want to own the infrastructure and maintaining that is our responsibility. We want to do justice here. Hourly basis is something we avoid.
